What payment options do you offer?



YOOneeq Pty Ltd offers an online shopping cart facility that is integrated with PayPal to allow easy online credit card payments. When you choose to purchase your goods on our website you will be transferred to an SSL encrypted checkout hosted by PayPal. The SSL encryption ensures that your credit card and banking details are completely safe. In fact, by paying through PayPal, you ensure that YOOneeq Pty Ltd never has access to your credit card and banking details at any stage.

You do not have to sign up for PayPal when purchasing goods from YOOneeq Pty Ltd. When proceeding through the checkout process simply click on the "If you do not currently have a PayPal account, Click Here" Button and you will be able to proceed without signing up.

There are literally hundreds of Gateways available, but PayPal is the safest and one that everyone knows and trusts. Millions of people already have an account with PayPal. All funds must be cleared before goods are sent.


How long will my items take to deliver?
Your item(s) will be shipped within 48 hours, Monday - Friday of your payment being cleared into our bank account via credit card payment or bank deposit. Secure credit card payments are processed immediately.

Are your Credit Card payments secure?
YES! When you reach the DoggyClothes.com.au checkout, you will see a padlock in your browser indicating you are in a secure 128bit SSL webpage.

Our credit card gateway is through PayPal.

Can I pay via Direct Deposit?
At the moment, this option is not available.


What is the fastest way to get my new product?
The easiest and quickest way to get your new product is to pay by secure credit card. Our products ship within 48 hours unless stated otherwise.

You will be notified your order has been shipped from our warehouse (located in China) via email.

Non-Deliverable, Refused or Unclaimed Orders
If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, customer absence, or customer providing incorrect shipping information, we will attempt contact via phone and/or email if provided. If no response is received, the customer will be charged with the appropriate shipping charges. Please make sure that the shipping information on your order is correct and if you have selected the courier option, that someone will be available to receive your package. All orders that require re-shipping at the request of the customer, whether for returned, refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages will require an additional re-shipping charge. 

How do I use my store credit?
Your store credit is valid for one year of the issue date. When you are at the checkout screen under My Cart, please enter your credit code in the ‘Discount Codes’ field during checkout for your next order. Please note that to redeem your credit, you must be signed in to your account which can be done by clicking on the "your account" button in the top bar of the website.

How do I work out my Pets Size? 
All pets come in different shapes and sizes, even the same breed will vary depending on their age and weight.
We therefore strongly suggest that you always measure your pet according to our sizing chart to avoid disappointment.

YOOneeq Pty Ltd sells merchandise manufactured by many different designers and sizes will vary from designer to designer.
